SPARKY DIRECT LTD. is a family-owned Electrical and HVAC services company based in Cambridge Waikato founded by Leo Lugatiman and Karla Lugatiman in 2020. We specialise in both residential and commercial new builds and renovations. Our top priorities are Customer Satisfaction and Quality Workmanship. Leo has been working as a qualified registered electrician since 2007, with a wide range of experience in the Philippines, Saudi Arabia, and New Zealand. Being involved in residential, commercial, and industrial projects, he built strong credibility that specialises in new builds and renovations. He takes pride in the quality of his work and loves to offer solutions to our clients.
Karla has played several business administrative roles since 2000 in different family business ventures in varied industries, such as education, hospitality, real estate, and trade services. She is also a qualified registered nurse who is a great advocate of occupational health and safety. She is also very passionate about marketing, system development, finance, and mentoring.
